"This is the best day ever"

Today, my class and two other first grade classes went to the NC Asheboro Zoo. We got to ride on charter buses (with DVD players!) and explore both parts of the zoo (Africa and North America). The students got to see most (if not all) of the animals at the zoo including giraffes, elephants, zebras, rhinos, polar bears, seals, sea lions, cougar, artic fox, and the list goes on! To watch these children explore these animals was a beautiful sight to see and a day we will always remember! (Sorry no pictures of sweet children but you do get to see wild animals and crazy teachers!)
