First we took a took a coach (bus) tour of the town, then we took a walking tour of the town. We saw a cathedral (most of you know how much I despise going on endless church tours but this one was pretty cool. It has beautiful stained glass windows that have been there since the 13-14th centuries.
It also has a very cool astronomical clock.
After the cathedral, we walked down to an area called Petite France which was very picturesque with many half-timber homes.
It also has many Christmas markets. We stayed in town and had lunch with new friends, Susan and Bill. We had a delicious lunch together and then set off for an afternoon of shopping in Christmas Markets.
We also had a snack of white Gluwine and Nutella crepe.
After a couple of hours and not being able to feel our hands or feet, we headed back to the bus to head back to the boat.
I love France! Somehow my name appears in places it has never been before!
