Oh my gracious me... this post has taken me alllllll day because the pictures are taking forever to load! I think it has something to do with spotty cruise wifi but oh well.
Yesterday morning, we took a walking tour around quiet and not frequently seen streets. It was quite rainy but fun to see all the different "secret" spots.
We started off at St. Charles bridge.
Adorable School Children walking across the bridge wearing cute yellow vests so they would be seen
Looking down at this cute area from the bridge
Locks on the bridge... lovers leave them there and throw the keys in the water (just like we saw in Slovenia)
The firefighters from Prague made a memorial to honor the firefighters that died in 9/11
Rainy tour group
Loved the flowers on this balcony!
Loved this shot of the statue through the locks
fun graffiti wall... people write on it throughout the year
After the tour we grabbed lunch at a restaurant and I got duck and cabbage. So yummy!
Then we boarded the bus for Germany! Half way through we stopped at a rest area and picked up some fun things. Here is our new friend Shelly with chocolate covered cherries and liquor.
Mike and Carolyn with their beers!
This picture is totally not centered but it is too cute! Kenny is feeding his wife, Anita chocolate at the back of the bus!
We arrived at our ship a couple hours later (after lots of napping on the bus)! It was great to finally be settled and to look around at our new home for the next 5 days!
Then we headed to dinner and of course I took fun pictures with friends and their food:
Anita with duck liver pate
Aunt Jeanne with her rosemary cream brulee
Me and my chocolate ice cream
While at dinner, they turned down our beds and left chocolate with Thaddeus! Luckily he shared with me!
